These Terms of Service govern your use of the AnatoMedix3D store and anatomedix3d.com. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Store and platform

The store is operated by AnatoMedix3D and uses Shopify's commerce platform. Contact: anatomedix3d@gmail.com; Balıkesir, 10400 Balıkesir, Türkiye.

2. Product information and intended use

We aim to describe images, colors, dimensions and product features accurately, but minor differences may arise from screens and production. Anatomical models are for education and visualization and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice.

3. Prices, payment and orders

The applicable price, taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Receipt of an order is not automatic acceptance. An order may be declined or cancelled because of availability, pricing or payment errors, suspected abuse or delivery impossibility; any captured amount will then be refunded as appropriate.

4. Personalized production, delivery and refunds

Shipping terms are stated in the Shipping Policy. Personalized production, defects and any refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate information and account security. You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, scraping or conduct that disrupts the service.

6. Intellectual property

The store design, text, logo, images, graphics and other content belong to AnatoMedix3D or the relevant rights holders and may not be commercially copied, distributed or adapted without written permission.

7. Third-party services and force majeure

Payment, delivery and other third-party services may have their own terms. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law and contact
