Shipping policy

1. Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Because products are made to order and personalized, we will notify you if workload or a special production requirement needs additional time.

2. Delivery within Türkiye

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days within Türkiye. This is an estimate; carrier volume, weather, public holidays and remote destinations may cause delays.

3. Shipping charges

Standard domestic shipping is free on orders of TRY 2,000 or more. Orders below TRY 2,000 are charged the fixed shipping fee shown at checkout. Any express or alternative delivery option will show its additional cost at checkout.

4. Tracking

Where available, a tracking number is sent by email or shown in the customer account after dispatch.

5. Address, delay and damage

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Redelivery charges may apply when an item is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact anatomedix3d@gmail.com before dispatch to request an address correction.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, contact us. If the parcel or item arrives damaged, send photographs and the order number as soon as reasonably possible. This request does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. International shipping

Where international delivery is offered at checkout, destination customs duties and import charges may be payable by the recipient unless explicitly included. Customs processing can delay delivery.
